One source, mill to site
Most buyers split extrusion, finishing and fabrication across three vendors and absorb the handling losses between them. SSAIL runs all three, which removes the freight legs, the re-inspection and the blame gaps.

Four lines, one plant
Each line stands alone, and most orders use two or three of them in sequence. That sequence is the reason to buy here rather than assemble it yourself from separate vendors.

Profile envelope
Cut lengths under 1500 mm are taken on special request.
Cast in house, not bought in
An 8 MT regenerative melting furnace runs four charges a day using hot-top casting with an inset graphite ring — 20 billets per charge at 7 inch, 40 logs at 5 inch. Charge stock is virgin ingot from primary producers plus our own process scrap, so alloy chemistry stays traceable to the billet.
4,000+ dies on the shelf
Standard dies ship without tooling lead time. Die numbers shown are the catalogue reference.

Proprietary dies are covered by a non-disclosure agreement and never appear in the published catalogue.
Surface treatment decides how long a profile lasts and how it looks doing it. Design the extrusion, coat it, cut it and fabricate it here, and the part arrives on site ready to fix — no inter-vendor freight, no second inspection, no handling damage in between.

Coated profiles have been exported to Europe and the Middle East.
Architectural fabrication is where SSAIL started. We are one of a small number of Indian glaziers competent in both unitised and stick systems, and we quote the engineering as well as the supply.

Formwork is a cost-per-pour problem, not a cost-per-panel one. Our extruded panels are cut and welded for repeat use, so a single set carries a tower through its whole cycle with a consistent concrete finish and very little site waste.
Twenty airports and counting
Airport terminals impose the strictest quality and compliance regime in Indian construction. They are also most of our completed work.
Six stages, six quality gates
No stage begins until the prior stage's gate is signed off — by name, by date, on record. Work does not advance until its quality gate is formally cleared.

A fabrication shed, then thirty years
K. Suryanarayana founded SSAIL in 1994 as a small aluminium fabrication unit. It became a public limited company in 1999 and has stayed in family hands since. What began as glass-and-aluminium fabrication now runs a casting furnace, two presses, an anodizing line and an architectural fabrication shop.
The plant sits 45 km from Hyderabad at Gowraram on the Rajiv Rahadhari highway, inside a mango plantation. Our clients are the contractors who build India's airports, institutes and hospitals, alongside OEMs who need a specific alloy in a specific section.
Raised from the ground up, recognised by the elite
Recognition from Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu in 2001, seven years after the company was founded. The operating principle has not changed since: dream and build together.

Governance & Quality Commitment
At SSAIL, quality and governance are not separate disciplines — they are the same commitment, applied to how we build products and how we build the company.
For over 30 years, SSAIL has manufactured aluminium extrusions and fabrication solutions with a single standard: value delivered through quality products and dependable service. That standard is upheld through in-house product design and development, rigorous process control, and a die and manufacturing infrastructure built specifically to support consistency at scale - not just on our best day, but on every day.
As SSAIL grows into a nationally recognized name across extrusions, fabrication, and related industries, we hold ourselves to the same three principles that guide every decision at the leadership level:

This philosophy shapes how we run our plants, how we treat every customer relationship, and how we are building the governance structures — from board composition to financial controls - needed to operate at the standard our customers and partners expect, today and as we scale
